Brikkho Ropon

Brikkho Ropon (Tree Plantation) is Berbari Manob Sheba's newest initiative, launched in response to visible soil erosion, disappearing shade, and the long-term environmental needs of our community.

বৃক্ষরোপণ বেরবাড়ি মানব সেবার সর্বশেষ উদ্যোগ, যা মাটি ক্ষয়, ক্রমহ্রাসমান ছায়া এবং আমাদের সমাজের দীর্ঘমেয়াদী পরিবেশগত প্রয়োজনের প্রতিক্রিয়ায় শুরু করা হয়েছে।

Our volunteers clear roadside land and community plots, then plant saplings that will grow into shade trees, fruit trees, and windbreaks — improving soil stability, air quality, and the everyday beauty of the villages we serve.

আমাদের স্বেচ্ছাসেবীরা রাস্তার ধারের জমি ও সমাজের জমি পরিষ্কার করে চারা রোপণ করেন, যা ভবিষ্যতে ছায়াদানকারী গাছ, ফলের গাছ ও বায়ুরোধী বৃক্ষে পরিণত হবে — মাটির স্থিতিশীলতা, বায়ুর মান এবং গ্রামগুলোর প্রতিদিনের সৌন্দর্য বৃদ্ধি করবে।

This is a long-term investment: the trees planted today will still be providing shade, fruit, and cleaner air for the next generation of Berbari's children.

এটি একটি দীর্ঘমেয়াদী বিনিয়োগ: আজ যেসব গাছ লাগানো হচ্ছে তা আগামী প্রজন্মের বেরবাড়ির শিশুদের জন্যও ছায়া, ফল ও পরিচ্ছন্ন বাতাস দিয়ে যাবে।

The work begins with cleaning. Before a single sapling goes into the ground, volunteers clear the roadside of litter, cut back overgrowth, and open up the verge — so the road is safer to walk and the young trees have room and light to grow.

কাজ শুরু হয় পরিচ্ছন্নতা দিয়ে। একটি চারা রোপণের আগেই স্বেচ্ছাসেবীরা রাস্তার ধার থেকে আবর্জনা সরান, ঝোপঝাড় কেটে জায়গা পরিষ্কার করেন — যাতে পথ চলা নিরাপদ হয় এবং নতুন গাছগুলো আলো ও জায়গা পায়।

In August 2026 our volunteers cleaned a stretch of the village road and planted saplings along it, handing each one to the neighbours and elders who live beside it. The people who water a tree are the people who keep it alive.

২০২৬ সালের আগস্টে আমাদের স্বেচ্ছাসেবীরা গ্রামের রাস্তার একটি অংশ পরিষ্কার করে সেখানে চারা রোপণ করেন এবং প্রতিটি চারা তুলে দেন পাশের বাড়ির প্রতিবেশী ও মুরুব্বিদের হাতে। যাঁরা গাছে পানি দেন, তাঁরাই গাছটিকে বাঁচিয়ে রাখেন।
